I'm on my way! I am taking an 8-week challenge with some friends to promote women's fitness. I am making progress by walking each day. Visit womenshealth.gov to learn more if you are interested. Everyone sets their own goals so it doesn't really matter what shape you are in. I am starting with only 6,000 steps per day, and honestly, it is kind of difficult to obtain right now as I am always tired. Normally, I walk at least 12,000 steps per day when I am in good shape. Oh well, at least I'm trying something.
